Kenya probed claim Obama born in Africa

Internal government documents indicate Barack Obama’s step-grandmother was interviewed several times by agents of Kenya’s National Security Intelligence Service to investigate reports that she claimed the president was born in the East African nation.
As WND reported, although no proof has surfaced placing Barack Obama’s mother in Kenya at the time of the president’s birth, a taped telephone conversation in which step-grandmother Sarah Hussein Obama purportedly claimed he was born in the coastal city of Mombasa has become an Internet sensation since its submission in a lawsuit challenging the president’s eligibility.
Philip J. Berg, a former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general, included a transcript of the taped Oct. 16, 2008, telephone interview and sworn affidavits in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court after lower courts dismissed as frivolous his Aug. 21, 2008, complaint alleging Obama was born in Mombasa.
Critics point out many reasons to be skeptical of the recorded telephone conversation, including the possibility something was lost in the translation and the fact that, through her interpreter, she later clarified that her famous grandson was born in Hawaii, not Kenya. Nevertheless, two members of the Obamas’ Luo tribe who are fluent in the local Luo dialect, Swahili and English told WND that after carefully listening to the tape they believe she declared Barack Obama Jr. was born in Kenya and that she was present at the birth.
Kenya investigated and found NO evidence that Obama was born in Kenya. It did not even find any evidence that Obama’s mother had gone to Kenya in 1961. And Obama’s Kenyan grandmother certainly never said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was born in Hawaii, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a LETTER FROM HAWAII.
Also, it should be obvious that a child born outside of the USA requires either a US visa on a foreign passport or to be entered on the mother’s US passport to get to the USA. Those documents or the applications for them would still exist and would have been found easily IF Obama was born outside of the USA. But no such document has been found.
Second, there were notices of Obama’s birth in the newspapers in Hawaii in 1961. And these were not ads placed by relatives. They could not have been ads because the Hawaii newspapers did not accept birth notice ads in 1961. They only took the official notices sent to them by the government of Hawaii, which only sent out the notices for births IN Hawaii. And, the government could not have been fooled by a claim of a birth at home because in those cases it demanded witness statements.
So Obama’s parents would have had to have (1) traveled to Kenya or some other country late in pregnancy at high risk and high expense (particularly to Kenya); (2) got the child back to the USA without either a visa or his being entered on his mother’s US passport or somehow had the files of the document and the applications for the document all sealed; (3) lied about the place of birth (which is also unlikely because when you have done something interesting like give birth in a foreign country you generally boast about it. And it is also unnecessary to lie since for all purposes but the presidency a naturalized child is as good as a natural born one); (4) gotten away with the lie despite evidence that Hawaii demanded witness statements whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital; (5) got three Republican officials in Hawaii to lie about the fact that the original birth certificate in Obama’s files verified that he was born in Hawaii.
ALL of that would have had to have happened for Obama to have been born outside of the USA. No wonder the mainstream media dismissed the idea out of hand.
That is a mighty long reply and it has nothing to do with what I had commented on, but being the can of worms has been opened…
If Obama has nothing to hide then why has he been so reluctant to release his private business that all presidents have released as a customary courtesy to the voters to know who exactly they are voting for?
The first birth certificate does not match the second and there are discrepancies even within the supposed real certificate!? The birth certificate has not been examined by any professional document experts and released a report!?
What’s with all his aliases and all the different Social Security numbers, what about the multi citizenships!?
Now, laying all that aside…. He has done nothing but destroy this nation and anyone who supports him with nothing to gain from it has to be insane or totally ignorant as to not see his motives is to undermine and destroy the Republic and the US Constitution in order to replace our present form of government with Socialism!!! All his lies and deceptions to achieve as much as he has so far, is criminal, and we know what is supposed to be done with criminals!
In that respect,this is why I only wrote what I did about preferring his existence to being non-existent as in Not Being Born!!!

What are you referring to? Obama did not release his school transcripts. NEITHER DID ANY OTHER PRESIDENT (a few released grade point averages, which is not the same).
The first and second birth certificates (the official one, the COLB, and the latest, the long-form) have exactly the same facts on them, with the long-form adding only the name of the hospital and the name of the doctor.
As for Socialism: If you don’t like it, vote against him. But telling lies about him is still lying. And to run a report that says that Kenya investigated, and not to run the fact that Kenya investigated and did not FIND A SHRED OF EVIDENCE that Obama was born in Kenya or that his mother had been in Kenya in 1961 is very much like lying.

What proof do you have that contradicts his supposed lies???
You have do base you decisions according to his actions and incations, that is all the people need to know as it is up to Obama to prove his innocence for he is an employee of the people!

Obama has proven that he was born in Hawaii with (1) the official birth certificate of Hawaii and (2) the long-form birth certificate of Hawaii. The accuracy of the first of these was confirmed by THREE Republican officials in Hawaii. The accuracy of the second was confirmed by the director of health of Hawaii who saw it being copied.
Obama works for ALL the people of the USA, in particular the majority of them, not for a few birther nuts whom Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly all call crazy, and whose theories are not supported by even one Republican presidential candidate. Moreover, the birthers have proven that they are liars by repeatedly forging “birth certificates” from Kenya and by saying that Obama’s grandmother said that he was born in Kenya (when she clearly said that he was born in Hawaii and in another interview said that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter from Hawaii).
