Judge’s ruling from the bench rather than the Rule of Law has been ever increasingly growing like wild fires!
It appears the only Justice the People Will Ever Get is by the Rule of Law laid down upon us by God and in his defense as well as ours, we have to fight back in removing all the corruption within our government!!!

Making its way through the Internet is the story of one of the first applications of Sharia law in the United States. Sharia, or Islamic law must be stopped. It is un-American and unconstitutional.
This taste of Sharia should give everyone pause and should cause everyone to take action.
What happened?
You have probably heard this story already. Last Halloween, in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, Ernie Pierce who is an atheist marched in a parade as “Zombie Mohammad.” An enraged Muslim, Talaag Elbayomy charged out of the audience and attacked Pierce for insulting Mohammad and Islam.
Both men called the police and Elbayomy was arrested. Misdemeanor assaults occur every day in America. They go to court and are tried. This one is different.
In Pennsylvania, the Judge who heard the case was Mark Martin. Martin is not only an Iraqi veteran, he is a convert to Islam.
The case was tried and Judge Martin dismissed the charges against Elbayomy. He said the First Amendment does not give Pierce the right to insult someone else and Elbayomy had a duty under his religion to attack Pierce.
Martin went as far as to call Pierce a “dofus.”
Clearly Martin thinks Sharia law trumps the American Constitution.
For that reason, Martin does not need to be on the bench.
His actions give us an idea of what Sharia law would be like in this nation. Under Sharia law, there is not equal protection under the law. Muslims, particularly Muslim men are treated as far superior.
Christians, Jews and non-believers are treated as second-class citizens. Under Sharia, not only is Pierce not entitled to his opinion, should a Muslim take offense to the opinion, he has no recourse. He gets no protection from the law.
Judges have rules they are supposed to follow and Martin clearly did not follow them.
Cannon 2 of the Pennsylvania Code of Judicial Conduct says:
CANON 2: Judges should avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all their activities
A. Judges should respect and comply with the law and should conduct themselves at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.
B. Judges should not allow their family, social, or other relationships to influence their judicial conduct or judgment. They should not lend the prestige of their office to advance the private interests of others; nor should they convey or knowingly permit others to convey the impression that they are in a special position to influence the judge. Judges should not testify voluntarily as a character witness.
Clearly Judge Martin blew it on both counts. Does anyone going to court in front of him now feel like they will get a fair trial if the opposing party is a Muslim? If they are the victim of a crime and the defendant is a Muslim, will they get their day in Court?
Not very likely.
Judges can be sanctioned and even removed from the Bench. Judge Martin has no business on the bench.
If you are outraged by his conduct, you can file a disciplinary complaint against Judge Martin.
